Join us Saturday July 10th for our first "NO SALES SATURDAY". This is a new format we are using at North Metro REIA in July and December of every year. This meeting will consist of an extended "bigger picture" Market Update, no main speaker, and a "Part B" focus group session from 11:00 am until noon. We will then have a free lunch for all attending at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Plan now to attend this great event!

Join us Saturday July 10th for our first "NO SALES SATURDAY". This is a new format we are using at North Metro REIA in July and December of every year. Lunch will be very simple; The room will be divided into
4 networking topics. Once everyone gets their plate, they will sit in the
designated area for the networking topic they are interested in.

THERE WILL BE NO AFTERNOON WORKSHOP
ON JULY 10!
“Beginner” - The title says it all. The very basics of the topic will be taught in this class.
“How to” - This class will teach the more intermediate and advanced information concerning the topic.
“Hands on” – This is truly a hands on class. If the discussion is marketing, bring your property and participate in writing your ads. If the topic is LLC's or Corporations, you will fill out the paperwork to complete that entity. I think you get the idea!
We believe these changes in our focus groups will bring a newness and benefit to investors on all levels.
