Focus Groups (9:00am-9:45am) After almost 3 years, we are changing the format of our focus groups. At each meeting we will have 3 Focus Groups that cover one topic a month.  Some of these will be a progressive series and some will not.  The classes will relate to all aspects of real estate investing and will be broken down as follows:

“Beginner” - The title says it all.  The very basics of the topic will be taught in this class.

“How to” - This class will teach the more intermediate and advanced information concerning the topic.

“Hands on” – This is truly a hands on class.  If the discussion is marketing, bring your property and participate in writing your ads.  If the topic is LLC's or Corporations, you will fill out the paperwork to complete that entity.  I think you get the idea!

We believe these changes in our focus groups will bring a newness and benefit to investors on all levels.

Focus Groups are shortening from 60 minutes to 45 minutes.  This will give us time during our main meeting to include an up to date and very thorough market update. We believe the new information that will be provided in the market update and the prompt starting of the focus groups will balance out to more value to our attendees.  Focus Groups will start promptly and consist of 44 Minutes of Education with 60 Seconds of promotion and are held from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm at every meeting. These classes are taught by a variety of Investors, Professionals, and Business Vendors. Audios from all previous classes for the last year, including the Thursday evening Main Speaker are available to download for members by clicking here.  Focus group topics for upcoming meetings can be found by clicking the tab to the left and opening the corresponding month.
