North Metro REIA SubGroups: 8 Sub Groups Meeting throughout Metro Atlanta! Our Geographic sub-groups are designed to provide the local networking opportunities that are lost in larger groups. These meetings are open to both members and non-members. If you or a friend are interested in starting a sub-group please email Buddy Corbin at info@northmetroreia.com. Check our calendar for upcoming sub-groups and other events. Starting a Geographic sub-group is a great way to start a network with other investors and enjoy all of the benefits that networking offers. - Annual membership to the sub-group leader. A sub-group leader gets all of the benefits of a volunteer including half price at all Saturday workshops, free meal at the regular meeting and an invitation to the semi-annual volunteer events.
- Promote your sub group in all emails – we currently have over 8300 emails on our list.
- Promote your sub group on our web page – This page is dedicated to promoting our sub groups – we post all sub group meeting details and speakers here. We are now averaging 400-500 different visitors a week to our web site.
- Add your sub group to our calendar.
- Promote your sub group on the overhead at the monthly meetings.
- Promote your sub group in an announcement at every meeting.
If you are interested in starting a geographic sub-group, we will need the following information:
- Sub-group leader bio and picture.
- Sub-group leader’s investment experience and resume if not included in bio.
- The purpose of the sub-group.
- Desired Location:
- Time and Day to meet:
- Meeting Agenda, if any (We can help you with an agenda):
- Fee (We prefer free):

Note Buying SubGroup

Meeting Agenda: Please RSVP by the prior Monday so we can have an accurate count of attendees for setting up the room appropriately. This room holds about 20 people, so be one of the ones in the room. Bring a friend or fellow note investor!
Agenda: This is a new year and Seller Financing is becoming a stronger tool for investors, for buying as well as selling. The goal this year is to transact deals within the group and increase our professionalism through education in a changing credit market.
Those who looked at some of the note deals from last month, please be prepared to discuss your analysis and why you had interest/no interest in them. This will help the whole group. I hope to bring more notes for sale to discuss.

Ladies, Come join us for our first "women's only" sub group. We will be covering a wide range of topics important to women in investing.
