Tony Youngs Three day “one on one” Training
Day One:
We will be in the classroom learning the paperwork and procedures for finding, analyzing, acquiring, and wholesaling, properties to other investors. This will include contract writing, clauses, and how to assign contracts. (This is a very powerful class) You will be very pleased.
Day Two:
We will plot a course of 20+ properties and Analyze, determine value, estimate repairs, inspection, determine cash flow, and write actual offers on every property. We start at 9:00am and spend the whole day in the field. We will also make offers on the “Hidden Market” properties. We can do some door knocking also. (Nothing compares to this real world training)
Day Three:
We will go to the courthouse and teach you how to do title searches on each property. We will then go to a room and write offers on every property we saw during the three days. This is the real world of how to make money “today”. Guaranteed that you have never experienced a more powerful 3 days in your life.
