ABOUT THE SPEAKER

“CashFlow Tom” has been an entrepreneur since 1976 and real estate investor since 1989.  He was a Founding Member of the GaREIA Institute Curriculum Committee, created and taught the module on Negotiations.  He led the Notebuyers Subgroup for five years prior to creating his own independent group another five years so non-members could avail themselves of the educational opportunities and networking.  He both buys and brokers Notes and wants to share his knowledge with those interested.

 Tom also writes executive summaries, for in-revenue CEOs seeking expansion funding, in such a way that corporate secrets are protected from funders that are not interested in funding the deal.  His services span sectors including real estate, medical, retail, alternative energy and technology.  He asks the tough questions you need to consider for expanding   beyond just the next level.
