UTW Home Staging is in their 22nd year of business. We have an 8200sf warehouse of all sorts of styles and price points of furnishings to stage in all your different properties.UTW has 6 stagers and 4 warehouse techs, we own a 20’ box truck and we work throughout Atlanta Metro and beyond.UTW can assist investors several ways:Rent furnishings by the month, one month at a time.Assist with design services – help select your finishes – flooring, tile, cabinets, paint colors, counter tops, lighting and plumbing fixtures as well as assist with the renovation design.We also stage model homes, new construction staging, we stage STR properties and co-living properties.We have sold furniture with the house before.
